Admission to the different courses is given on “First come first served basis”. The prospectus and the Admission form will be available at the counter of “Aalisha Polytechnic” L-2/47, New Mahavir Nagar, Outer Ring Road, Vikaspuri, New Delhi- 110018 from 8:30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on all working days and also available on our website www.aalishapolytechnic.com.
The admission seats are limited for each course. The students are best advised to apply in time to secure admission and avoid disappointment. The students whose results are awaited or their marksheets have not been provided well in time will be admitted on provisional basis, subject to their fulfilling the stipulated admission qualifications later on. In case, they fall short of these qualifications, the fees paid by them will not be refunded.
Application for admission must be completed and submitted to the “Aalisha Polytechnic” which will give your provisional admission on receiving the application form along with the fee. Your admission will remain provisional till it is confirmed by the Principal by issuing the Identity Card.
The application form complete in all respects along with under mentioned documents, be submitted to the Polytechnic office at L-2/47, New Mahvavir Nagar, Outer Ring Road, Vikaspuri, New Delhi- 18.
The correspondence students may get form from the website www.aalishapolytechnic.com or designated centers. Write your correct address complete with the pincode.
The Polytechnic will give your provisional admission on receiving the application form along with the admission fee.
- A self attested copy of the certificate.
- A attested copy of the Marksheet.
- A Medical Certificate in the prescribed form (only for those seeking admission in Hostel).
- Eight Passport Size Photographs.
- A copy of Date of Birth Certificate.
Examination And Tests:
Examination will be held for all classes. The year will be so divided into two semesters. No student will be exempted from these examinations. Absence (with or without leave) from an examination will be counted as failure. Leave on Medical ground must be supported by a Medical Certificate. The answer book of a student found guilty for using unfair means in a particular paper in the examination shall not be assessed. The student will be deemed to have obtained zero marks in that paper.
The Institute conducts examinations, one at the end of each year Part-I at the end of the first year, Part II at the end of the second year.

1st June to 25th June – Rs. 500/- with Fine
Schedule of Fees:
Basic fees and charges payable by students seeking admission to I/II year on yearly basis. The fees and other charges are to be paid by Bank Draft in favour of “Aalisha Polytechnic”.
- First Semester Examination fee will be charged along with second term.
- For second Semester Examination the forms should be submitted along with the Examination.
Attendance: (Regular Students)
All students must regularly attend lectures and practicals throughout the session beginning with first day of instruction. For appearing in the second semester examination minimum 75% attendance is required.
The percentage of the regularly attended lectures and practical for every student will be announced at the end of each term. It is the responsibility of an individual student to be aware of their attendance record. Any student coming late by 20 minutes will be marked absent.
The students are expected to keep tracks of their attendance from time to time. The Polytechnic is not bound to inform students/parents about shortage of their attendance from time to time except for issuing notice of termination from the class.
- Leave should be applied for and got sanctioned in advance, except in emergencies when it could be applied for on the day the student resumes study at the institute.
- Leave applications should be duly countersigned by the parents/guardian.
- Leave for a period of 5 or more days should be applied from the principal personally with the teacher’s recommendation.
- In case of long illness the application must be accompanied by a medical certificate.
The fees and subscription paid will not be refunded in any case be irrespective of whether a student joins or does not join after admission.
After getting admitted in the Polytechnic Identification card will be issued to each student. The student should carry this card which should be’ returned to the Polytechnic office on completion of the course.
Book material is specially prepared by team of experts. The learning material is previewed by the faculty and modified, wherever necessary, before they are finally dispatched to the students, and study centers. The printed study material for theory is supplied to the correspondence students or provided to the teachers.
The Polytechnic draws its strength from its faculty which has a strong Academic base. The blend of qualification and experience enriches every individual which helps regular upgradation of Knowledge.
Apart from the full time faculty, industry experts as of guests faculty are also invited from time to time to share their knowledge and valuable experience with the students.
Information Technology (IT)
All the faculties of the Polytechnic are equipped with the latest information Technology. The students of all the courses are taught the latest Software applicable to their respective streams at no extra charges. Internet access is available for some courses, for a certain time Period, apart from which they can use the computers on all working days.
The Institute has a placement programme to provide guidance and assistance to students, with consistently good academic record, in securing suitable positions in organisations.
The polytechnic maintains a regular liaison / contact through conferences, get-togethers and other professional media, with Export Houses, Business Houses, Industries, Embassies, Banks, Air Lines, Hostels and Tourists organisations to help the successful students, secure employment. In certain cases where the students want to set up a free-lance practice, the Polytechnic helps them in doing. Prospective Employers are also invited to display the exhibition of student’s work at the end of the session to acquaint them with the professional skills of the students. Former students can also take the help of the Placement Cell.
Within 6 weeks of the Final Examinations, results of the successful candidates will be displayed on the Polytechnic Notice Board or Website. Candidates securing 60% or above will be placed in 1st division, those getting; less than 60% but not less than 50% will be placed in second division. Minimum pass marks shall be 40%.
Those obtaining 75% or above in the total will be entitled to a special Distinction/Citation on the Diploma.
Provisional certificate, indicating marks, will be issued to successful candidates within one month of the declaration of results. For the grant of Diploma a special Convocation function will be held and the students will be informed the time, date and place of the function.
